👋 Hi, I’m Ruslan and I love building software products.

I’m Ruslan Hladchenko, a software engineer, startup founder, and community builder based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

My journey began with 1.5 years in PHP, Laravel, and Vue.js, followed by more than 5.5+ years working with Java, Spring, and React. I specialize in crafting reusable React components and robust Spring Boot services, delivering maintainable solutions and collaborating with teams of 8–15 members.

Beyond engineering, I’ve taken on leadership roles:

• CEO & Co-founder at Mastermindy, a goal-setting platform, where I organized development processes, wrote business requirements, and led a 20-member team of developers, QA engineers, and designers.
• CTO at ReplyPilot, a startup supported by the Seeds of Bravery program, where I guided the technical direction and growth of the product.
• Founder of additional startup initiatives, combining technical expertise with business strategy to bring ideas to life.

I also founded and grew the Ukrainian Startups community, expanding it from an idea to a thriving network of 1,200+ members. Recognized by Sifted as one of the best first-time founder communities in Europe, the community focuses on connecting founders, sharing knowledge, and supporting the growth of the Ukrainian startup ecosystem.

Driven by a passion for technology, team growth, and meaningful impact, I thrive on building products that scale, mentoring developers, and fostering strong, collaborative communities.
